A – Yes, during the entire duration of the course it is possible to request the missed lessons by sending a simple request by e-mail.

Q – Is it possible to slow down, speed up or block the course?

A - Yes, you can organize the course according to your needs, if you request a block or abandonment of the course, payments of any remaining fees are not due.

Q – What happens if I do not submit the requested works in time?

A – Nothing if you have previously informed the reference teacher by communicating a new presentation date of your work. In the absence of such notice, there is a penalty on the voting of one point for each week of delay.

Q – In addition to the teachers, who can view the works of the students enrolled in the Interactive courses?

A – Only companies interested in evaluating the educational path of our members in order to facilitate collaborative relationships between students and companies.

Q – On average, how much time in the week should a student enrolled in an Interactive course spend?

A – From 6 to 10 hours.

Q – How can I quickly contact the reference teacher or a support for technical assistance?

A – From Monday to Friday from 9.30 to 19.00 Italian time (except in exceptional cases) skype contact is active, technical support is available by phone at the same times, or by e-mail you can request information or bookings for direct interviews outside the hours standard.

A – The courses start on average every 40 days.
